Mark Ryan

Mark was born and raised in Marblehead and has spent most of his life around Marblehead Harbor. As captain, Mark has traveled the entire globe aboard some of the finest sportfishing boats ever built. He has worked in the boatbuilding and boatyard industry for many years. Mark is also a consultant to several large marine companies. Mark holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Master License and is ABYC certified.
Jay Pingree

Jay was born and raised in Marblehead. Jay is Ryan Marine's manager of Marine Electronics and Refrigeration. He has over 22 years of marine industry experience, including rigging, mechanical, electrical, and electronics. Jay has worked on all types of boats, from 85 foot Maxi-yachts to racing dinghies. In addition to being one of the foremost Marine electronics technicians in the area, he is certified by Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology, holds a CDL Class A license, and a license in Refrigerant Transition and Recovery.
Andrew Brewin

Andrew was born and raised in Swampscott, MA.
Andrew grew up on the water, working on boats for many years.
At the Boston Yacht Club, Andrew maintained and repaired boats and marine facilities.
A fine woodworker and cabinetmaker by trade, Andrew is highly skilled at custom fabrication and repair in both wood and composite materials.
Andrew holds a U.S. Coast Guard 50 Ton Master License.
Tim O'Keefe

Tim was born and raised in Nahant, MA. He spent his entire life on the water, as a commercial fisherman and lobsterman for over 14 years and captain for 10 years. Tim has extensive boatbuilding experience, with particular talent in fiberglass and composite construction and repair. Previously a tugboat chief engineer for Constellation Tug Corporation, Tim has U.S. Coast Guard 200 Ton Master and Master of Towing licenses
Trevor Goolsby
Trevor is an experienced Outboard and Inboard mechanic
that will specialize in our expanding
re-power department. He has a
vast knowledge of both outboards
and inboard engines.
